Life’s messy, beautiful, unpredictable … and I’m here for all of it!
I’m Molly, and my life has been one long masterclass in the beautiful mess. I’ve gone from hospitals to boardrooms to nurseries, and somehow, it wasn’t a comeback, it was a realignment.
I started out as a registered dietitian and personal trainer because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel strong and capable. But life had other plans. I lost my husband, raised four amazing kids on my own, and built a corporate career from scratch…juggling soccer games, childcare issues, teenage heartbreaks, school changes, bills I couldn’t pay, and career shakeups that always seemed to show up at the worst time. I became the calm in the storm because I HAD to be. Turns out, that’s my sweet spot!
For a long time, I thought the corporate climb was the goal. I worked hard, proved myself over and over, and believed that if I just kept pushing, it would all add up to “the real success.” But after the last big shake-up…. maybe it was a hot flash, maybe it was a wake up call, but I realized all that effort wasn’t a waste, it was preparation. I wasn’t losing my way; I was building it.
All those years taught me how to read a room, solve problems under pressure, and back it all with real science. You can’t just tell people what to do, you have to understand why. My work now is rooted in both: evidence-based care and the lived, messy, human side of it. Women deserve both the data and the real life wisdom.
As a doula, my job is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and supported , no matter what path your birth or postpartum journey takes. While your medical team handles the clinical side, I focus on you: your comfort, your mindset, your goals, and your peace of mind. We’ll build a plan together, talk through your feelings, your fears, and everything in between, so that when it’s time, you feel calm, capable, and ready.
Now, through Beyond Birthing Associates and Time for ME Wellness, I get to use everything I’ve learned …the clinical, the chaotic, and the deeply human, to help women find calm in the unpredictable, confidence in the unknown, and beauty in the really hard parts.
Because being a beautiful mess doesn’t mean you’re lost… it means you’re living it, and doing it really, really well.
