Starting a wellness journey can be difficult! A health coach gives you one-on-one support to make sustainable health and lifestyle changes. Let's see if health coaching is right for you and from there we'll create a plan to tackle the areas of health you want to concentrate on the most.

Taking the first step towards a healthier life is often the biggest challenge. Committing to real change can be overwhelming. A great first step is to purge your old and unhealthy habits. Working side by side we can create a space where healthy choices can thrive…your pantry!

VIP Day
How about a day that is all about you and how you live your life? It starts with a 1:1 coaching session mapping out your goals, followed by a Pantry Purge and Grocery Tour to give your health a start in the right direction. Spend the day with me!

Group Coaching
It's always fun to do something with friends, why not health coaching? Are you looking for information on how to eat healthy, sleep well, exercise more, maybe manage stress but don't want to do it alone? Joining forces with a friend who has similar health goals not only keeps you motivated, it can also hold you accountable, which increases success! We can customize a plan to fit the needs/goals of the group, anything from an elimination diet to grocery shopping.

Let's shop! Together we can visit your favorite grocery store to gain knowledge about healthy and delicious foods for you and your family. We'll talk food labels, separate food facts from fiction and make grocery shopping enjoyable.
