Week 1: Reset & Reconnect

Slow down, listen to your body, and start fresh.

  • Take 10 quiet minutes each morning — no phone, no noise.

  • Notice what drains or energizes you.

  • Add one new healthy ritual: water, stretching, a proper lunch break.

  • Do one thing daily that’s just for you.

  • Reflect: What do I need more of? What can I release?

Week 2: Boundaries

Protect your space and your energy.

  • Say “no” to one thing that doesn’t serve you.

  • Book the appointment you’ve been putting off.

  • Schedule one guilt-free “me night.”

  • Delegate something you’ve been carrying alone.

  • End one day early — just because you can.

Week 3: Connection & Compassion

Self-care isn’t solo — it’s also about surrounding yourself with support.

  • Call or text a friend you miss.

  • Plan one “friend date” — coffee, a walk, or brunch.

  • Journal: Who makes me feel seen and supported?

  • Speak one kind truth to yourself daily.

  • Create space only for energy that feels light and real.

Week 4: Embodiment

Own your progress and move forward with confidence.

  • Move every day — walk, dance, lift, or stretch.

  • Reflect: How does putting myself first feel now?

  • Try one new thing that excites you.

  • Celebrate your wins — toast, treat, or nap, your choice.

  • Write three ways you’ll keep yourself a priority beyond 30 days.

You’re not being selfish — you’re setting the tone. This is your reminder that you deserve to take up space, to rest, to say no, and to feel good in your body again. So take the walk. Say the no. Book the appointment. Call the friend.
